“Helping Hands for Europe” (HH4E) is a project that involves 48 people from Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Sweden and the United Kingdom. The main objective of the project is to empower its participants by generating a process of learning and development within the framework of international cooperation and organizing volunteering initiatives.

The project takes part mostly through 3 phases:

  • a local preparation stage, where we prepare locally social initiatives and take part in volunteering activities
  • a Youth Exchange in Budapest from the 15th to the 24th of July, where we will help in solidarity projects, share experiences, meet new people and practice sports. Activities include teamwork sessions, cultural exchanges, presentation about our countries, role games, crafts, etc.
  • A follow-up phase were we will reflect about the learned values.
